Acknowledgment & Informed Consent
By scheduling, purchasing, donating to, or participating in any services offered by Kristen Quinones ("Provider"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These services are provided from the State of New York to clients located within the United States and internationally, where permitted by applicable law.
Online & Multi-State Compliance
By purchasing from any location (including internationally), you agree to be bound by these terms regardless of your jurisdiction.
International Clients
Clients located outside the United States acknowledge that services are provided from New York, USA. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that participation in these services is lawful in their jurisdiction. By booking a session, the client agrees that this Agreement shall govern the services to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Scope of Services
This Agreement covers all services provided under Kristen Quinones, including but not limited to:
• Psychic Readings
• Mediumship / Spirit Communication
• Tarot and Oracle Card Readings
• Channeled Messages
• Spiritual Mentorship or Guidance
• Other Metaphysical Services & Events
Educational demonstrations, workshops, and development circles are likewise provided for spiritual education and entertainment purposes and are subject to these Terms.
Governing Law: State of New York, United States
1. Age Requirement
By scheduling, purchasing, donating to, or participating in a mediumship, tarot, oracle, psychic, or intuitive reading (“Reading”) with Kristen Quinones, you acknowledge and affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not legally engage in this service under New York State law. By purchasing or booking, you affirm you are using your real name and identity. Parental or guardian permission is not accepted in place of this requirement. If it is discovered that a client has misrepresented their age or identity, the session will be terminated and no refund issued.
2. Entertainment and Informational Purposes Only
In accordance with New York State law, all mediumship, tarot, oracle, psychic, or intuitive readings are strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only. No guarantees, warranties, or promises of any kind are made, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, relevancy, or outcomes of any information received during a session.
Any insights or messages you receive should not be construed as fact, prediction, or professional advice of any kind.
3. No Substitute for Professional Advice
The services provided by Kristen Quinones are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are not intended to replace or substitute for professional medical, psychological, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice or services.
No information, messages, insights, or guidance shared during a Reading should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, legal opinion, financial advice, or guarantee of any outcome. The Provider does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, nor does the Provider provide legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
Clients are encouraged to seek the advice of qualified professionals regarding any medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other matters requiring professional expertise. Any decisions or actions taken based on information received during a Reading are made solely at the client's own discretion and responsibility.
Participation in these services does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and these services are offered separately and independently from any psychotherapy or mental health services.
4. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By participating in a Reading, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are a responsible adult capable of making your own life choices.
Any actions, interpretations, or decisions you make following a Reading are made of your own free will and at your own risk.
Kristen Quinones shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on or use of the information provided during or after a Reading.
You understand that you alone are responsible for your life path, choices, and outcomes.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Readings are inherently subjective. While every effort is made to provide an insightful and supportive experience, no specific results can be guaranteed. The accuracy of information cannot be verified and may be influenced by many factors outside the reader’s control.
6. Confidentiality
These services do not create a therapist-client relationship and are not protected by therapist-client privilege or HIPAA. The Provider respects client privacy and treats all sessions as confidential except where disclosure is required by law. Kristen Quinones reserves the right to disclose information if legally required to do so, such as in cases involving potential harm to self or others, criminal activity, or as compelled by court order. Your personal details and session content will never be sold, published, or distributed without your written consent. You agree not to record or share sessions without permission.
7. Consent to Participate
Sessions involve sensitive energetic interaction with spirit. While all efforts are made to create a safe and respectful space:
No guarantee can be made that a specific spirit or loved one will come through. The Provider makes no claim of supernatural certainty or guaranteed communication with any deceased individual or spiritual being.
The Provider does not summon or control spiritual energies; all messages are shared in the spirit of love, integrity, and highest good.
Messages may be symbolic or subtle in nature and are subject to interpretation.
By purchasing a session, you consent to:
Participating in spiritual work that may include energy reading, symbolic insight, and intuitive translation.
Understanding that experiences may vary in depth and intensity depending on your energetic readiness and personal circumstances.
Taking full responsibility for how you choose to interpret, act upon, or integrate any insights shared during the session.
By booking and/or participating in a Reading, you confirm that:
You have read and understood this disclaimer in its entirety.
You consent voluntarily to participate.
You release Kristen Quinones, its owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, loss, or damages that may arise from your use of this service.
8. No Recording or Redistribution Without Consent
Clients may not record, reproduce, or publicly share any part of a Reading without express written consent from Kristen Quinones. Likewise, Kristen Quinones will not share or publish session content without your explicit permission.
9. Jurisdiction, Legal Venue, Dispute Resolution, & Arbitration
Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New York, except where a court proceeding is necessary to enforce an arbitration award or where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration. Any such court proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Queens County, New York. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit related to these services.
10. Refunds, Rescheduling & Digital Products
All sessions and digital content are non-refundable.
You may reschedule a session with 48-hours notice.
Failure to show or cancel within 48-hours results in a forfeited session.
Due to the time reserved exclusively for each client, all purchases are final.
The Provider shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by internet outages, power failures, illness of either party, severe weather, platform outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If a session is interrupted due to technical difficulties beyond either party's control, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to complete or reschedule the remaining portion of the session.
11. Data Privacy and Information Policy
By booking or participating in a reading, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Collection of Information: Basic personal information (such as your name, email address, and any details you voluntarily share during your reading or when scheduling an appointment) may be collected solely for the purpose of providing services, maintaining communication, and improving the client experience.
Confidentiality: All personal information and any details shared during your session are treated with respect and confidentiality. Information discussed in readings is never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties, except when required by law.
Storage and Security: Client information is securely stored in password-protected digital files or on encrypted platforms (such as scheduling or payment systems) and is accessible only to the Provider.Recording and Notes: Sessions are not recorded by the Provider unless express written consent is obtained from the client.Data Retention: Client data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for recordkeeping or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.Client Rights: You may request to review, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting the practitioner directly.
Third-party scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, website hosting, and email service providers maintain their own privacy policies and terms of service. The Provider is not responsible for the independent privacy or data handling practices of those third-party services.
12. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing a purchase, booking a session, attending an event, or proceeding with a reading you:
Affirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and all its terms herein.
Acknowledge that the Provider offers no guarantees and that you are solely responsible for your choices and interpretations.
Have voluntarily chosen to proceed with the understanding that this service is for entertainment purposes only under New York State law.
The version of these Terms in effect on the date of purchase or booking shall govern that transaction.
