Angel & Spirit Mediumship | Spiritual Teaching for Intuition & Remembrance
Hello! I’m Kristen Quinones, an Angel & Spirit Medium. Although I have always felt a deep connection to Spirit since childhood (I loved prayer, meditation, ritual at Church, Halloween, crystals, & all things Spirit) I began deepening my connection with Spirit in the spring of 2020. It all began with my Angel Tarot cards. I would do readings for myself and learn about the Archangels. This was my “Spirit Hour”-a time to connect and receive guidance from my Spirit Team. I followed mediums’ careers over the years and was always amazed by it. When the opportunity to take a class in this realm presented itself in the summer of 2025, I took it. This class provided the biggest revelation of them all- I was a medium. Everything changed.
My journey is constantly unfolding and revealing to me the work I am meant to be doing. I feel called to provide meaningful messages from loved ones in Spirit and the Angels that bring healing, comfort, and connection to others in readings as well as empower people to remember their own abilities to connect to intuition and Spirit. I have created learning series on social media and live events for intuitive development and connection to Spirit.
With over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I always prioritize creating a safe and compassionate space for others. I approach each reading and event with sensitivity, respect, and an open heart-honoring whatever emotions or experiences may arise through the connection with Spirit. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to explore my gifts, connect others with their loved ones in Spirit and the Angels, and inspire others to trust and awaken their own intuition and divine connection. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.

Archangel of the Week

Part of why I created this series was not only to teach about the Angels but also to empower others to build their own unique connection with them. Learning about common signs and symbols associated with the Archangels can be a beautiful starting point of connection with them, but most importantly, know that your personal connection with them can evolve and be unique to you. This can be explored in various ways such as by inviting them to connect with your energy during meditation, using Oracle cards, or asking for signs.
Intuition Gym
Intuition Gym aims to help you strengthen your intuition and clairsenses. These are fun exercises to help you learn how you receive intuitive information and experience resonance (truth). Exercising your intuition allows its whisper to become louder. It is then that you can build confidence in using its wisdom in everyday life. Your intuition is the voice of your Soul, always ready to guide you. Intuitive development is a part of the journey of remembrance. Working on this connection to your inner wisdom is a beautiful gift to yourself.
