Hello! I’m Kristen Quinones, a developing Spirit Medium who began deepening my connection with Spirit in the summer of 2025. Over the past several months, I’ve been practicing with fellow mediums and spiritually minded souls, taking courses, and opening my heart to the guidance of the Spirit world. Now, I feel ready and truly grateful to begin offering practice readings to the public. My intention is to continue growing, expanding my Spirit dictionary, and sharing meaningful messages from loved ones in Spirit that bring healing, comfort, and validation.
I hold a special connection with the angelic realm and love to weave angel messages and oracle cards into readings for those who are drawn to this energy. Each session is a sacred space for spiritual guidance, intuitive and psychic insights, healing messages, and the beautiful reminder that we are always connected-both to our loved ones and to the Divine.
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, it’s deeply important to me to create a safe and compassionate space for every reading. I approach each session with sensitivity, respect, and an open heart-honoring whatever emotions or experiences may arise through the connection with Spirit.
I have always felt the presence of Spirit and the angels in my life, receiving signs and synchronicities that have guided me along my path. My journey began in 2020 with tarot and oracle cards and has unfolded naturally into the work of mediumship. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to explore my gifts, connect others with their loved ones in Spirit, and inspire others to trust and awaken their own intuition and divine connection.
What to Expect from a Developing Spirit Medium
As a developing medium, I am continuing to strengthen my connection with Spirit through practice, study, and experience. Each reading helps me deepen my understanding of how Spirit communicates and expand my unique “Spirit dictionary.”
Readings during this stage may vary in clarity or flow, but they are always offered with honesty, compassion, and respect for Spirit and for you. I approach every session as a sacred opportunity to learn, grow, and bring through messages of love, healing, and connection.
During a reading Spirit will show me imagery through my clairvoyance (images, mini video clips, or symbols), tell me words, phrases, and sentences through my clairaudience, allow me to know something through my claircognizance, or make me feel an emotion or even chills through my clairsentience. It is my role as the medium to relay these impressions to you exactly as they come through. I will always try my best to present them to you in a way that makes sense. Sometimes I may be unsure how to fully interpret a symbol, so I will ask you what the connection is. It may make perfect sense to you why Spirit is presenting a message in a certain way. As a developing medium I may share that spirit is showing me a brand new symbol and ask you what it represents to you. This is how I will learn new symbols for my Spirit Dictionary. If I am unsure of something, I will be honest. I share this in honor of transparency of the learning process.
Some other important expectations to have for a reading are that any Spirit can come through, loved ones you have known on this Earth and ones that passed before your time. Spirit is not on call for a reading. It is best to approach a reading with a positive and open mind to hear whatever messages come through for you. The most important messages will come through the strongest. You are always welcome to write down notes during a reading. In the spirit of helping me keep a blank slate in my mind to receive impressions from Spirit it is perfectly acceptable to tell me “yes” or “no” when I relay information to you and ask if it connects for you. Your role is to be present and receive. You do not owe me any in depth explanations. These messages are personal and for you. In fact the less you explain, the better you support that blank slate for me to receive information. I truly appreciate your trust in allowing me to hold space for you and your Loved Ones in Spirit.
